Now Hiring - Outside Roofing Sales in Sims, NC

ABL Construction is currently seeking an experienced roofing sales person who knows what it takes to get the job done. We will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

• Accurately communicate job requirements to Manger and customers
• Maintain self, vehicle, and equipment in a clean and professional manner
• Comply with all safety polices, practices and procedures at all time
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
• Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule in this outside sales position)
• Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections
• Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and sign restoration agreements
• Canvassing

Requirements:

• 1 years minimum roofing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
• Positive/Solution based approach to challenges
• Bilingual is a plus!

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
